Jay Cutler is a professional bodybuilder who won three consecutive contests in 2003: the Ironman Pro Invitational, the Arnold (Schwarzenegger) Classic and the San Francisco Pro Invitational. He has won the 2006, 2007 and 2009 Mr. Olympia competitions.

Beth Horn may be better known by her American Gladiators nickname, Venom. Aside from her role in the show, she is a professional fitness competitor, personal fitness trainer, a Weider-endorsed athlete, a model, and a spokesperson and celebrity fitness instructor.

Jen Hendershott started her foray into fitness as a high school cheerleader. She has won cheerleading awards such as Best Individual Cheerleader and took 1st place in the Mike Francois World Gym Classic. In 2005 she won Ms. Olympia and Ms. Fitness International. In 2008, she reclaimed Ms. Olympia.

Tommy Boyer-Kendrick is an international coach, speaker and clinician who specializes in the field of strength training and sports conditioning. In 2001 he was a finalist for the National Coach of the Year in Strength and Conditioning.
