Emphasis is on the proper recording and reporting of assets, liabilities, equity, revenue and expenses.
AC201 - Principles of Accounting II
6 Credit Hours
A continuation of Principles of Accounting, this course will provide the basis for more advanced studies in accounting. You will apply the basic accounting principles to transactions within the corporate entity. Topics include all specific assets, liabilities and ownership equity accounts. Emphasis is placed on receivables, fixed assets, intangible assets, equity and long-term assets. An introduction is given to statements of cash flow and financial statement analyses.
AC202 - Principles of Intermediate Accounting I
6 Credit Hours
This course expands your exposure to financial accounting concepts introduced in the Principles of Accounting sequence. Accounting principles and concepts are analyzed, developed and applied to specific business decision situations. This course also introduces an in-depth study of financial statement and balance sheet accounts.

A continuation of the in-depth study of accounting principles and techniques started in Intermediate Accounting I with advanced problems pertaining to analytical processes. AC204 - Principles of Managerial Cost Accounting

This course introduces the basic principles of management accounting, including manufacturing and cost accounting, cost analysis, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
